Delivery Exceptions

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses, and we strongly advise against requesting delivery to hotels, workplaces, multiple occupancy premises, or third-party couriers. Any such orders are entirely at the risk of the customer. Wiggle cannot accept any liability for these orders if they fail to arrive or are damaged upon receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help.

Order cut off time

If you have ordered and paid for goods by 9am on weekdays, we endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your item has not arrived (within the UK). All our items are insured.
