Items are sent with a 24 hour delivery to the UK and first class to the rest of the world (can take 1-4 weeks depending on customs clearance for each country). If you select our premium 24 hour delivery it will be a trackable service with notifications saying a 1 hour time slot in the day when the item will be delivered and delivered with our trusted courier Interlink.
If you have ordered and paid for goods by 9am on any weekday, we endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your item has not arrived (within the UK). All our items are insured.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at FireCloud Cycles. That is why, on the chance you ordered the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. We can issue a full refund or replacement if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. (Please note: Where applicable, P&P charges are non-refundable) All returned items must include your name and address and reason for return – otherwise we are unable to process the return.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, it will be replaced or refunded promptly and efficiently. Please contact us before you decide to return it, as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item.
All goods must be returned unused, in a fully resalable condition, with any tags and original packaging intact. Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item to us and we cannot refund return postage costs.
